Two of the looks are from a collection entitled “Mud Pies”. This collection came to life from the idea of using found fabric to evoke the emotion of freedom and beauty found in the little things in life. Working with fabrics that were around me I formed an inspiring and imaginative collection. As children you adventure outside and collect objects in your surroundings and create anything you can imagine. This creation becomes the most beautiful thing, in the eye of the beholder or the child. I want my collection to involve a sense of freedom, creativity, and innocence that is found throughout childhood. Every little element is scrapped together to create this beautiful, fluid, and structured, collection. Welcome to a bit of my lives mud pie!

Brass Symphony was created through the process of draping to experiment with tight fitting elements mixed with flounces and off the body elements. This juxtaposition created elegance, glamor, and extravaganza! This dress was pieced together with intentional lines to flatter the body and highlight elements of beauty. It was created through the process of draping, prototyping, self lining, and finishing on industry standards.
