- Smoking (except in designated areas)
- Professional photography (unless a permit has been granted by the management office)
- Bikes, skateboards, scooters or any other vehicles on sidewalks and other pedestrian areas
- Any activity that threatens the safety or comfort of others
Guests who do not act responsibly may be asked to leave and/or be subject to arrest and prosecuted for criminal trespass. Fenton reserves the right to change these rules and regulations at any time as needed for the safety of patrons and property.
