Pure Barre
Pure Barre Cary Crescent Commons will be leading a 50 minute full-body workout. The teaching method fuses elements of ballet, pilates, and strength training to provide a high intensity, yet is a low impact workout that is approachable for all fitness levels. All you need is a yoga mat and water bottle!
